Strips of veal


  1. Take the veal out of the fridge
  2. Spread the strips out on kitchen paper
  3. Pat the veal dry
  4. Get a wok ready
  5. Use a skimming spoon
  6. Make some tempura batter
  7. Coat the veal in tempura flour
  8. Dip the meat in the tempura batter
  9. Turn the heat up high
  10. Put the wok on the heat and let it heat up
  11. Pour about 1.5 litres of sunflower oil into the wok
  12. Heat the oil to a temperature of about 190-200 degrees
  13. Put the veal strips into the hot oil and deep-fry for about 2.5 minutes while turning regularly
  14. Remove the veal from the wok and drain on kitchen paper 
  15. Enjoy!
