Strips of veal


  1. Take the veal out of the fridge and leave for about 30 minutes to come up to room temperature
  2. Get a wok ready
  3. Use a spatula
  4. Turn the heat up high
  5. Put the wok on the heat and let it heat up
  6. Add a dash of oil to the wok 
  7. Let the oil heat up and then add the veal
  8. Stir-fry the meat for about two minutes 
  9. Add the vegetables and continue to stir-fry
  10. Add the sauce and season to taste with herbs and/or spices
  11. Enjoy!
