Marinated veal picanha
- 800 g veal picanha
- Sunflower oil
- Steak pepper
Remove the veal from the fridge half an hour before preparation. Brush the grill with a thin layer of oil.
Remove the veal from the marinade and dry them. Leave in the middle of the grill to colour both sides. Finish cooking on the grill and the season.
Serve with grilled vegetables and herb butter.
