Veal burger with brie and sun dried tomatoes
Minced veal:
- Minced veal (Ground veal)
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt and pepper
Topping:
- Italian buns
- truffle mayonnaise
- brie
- mixed rocket lettuce

Preparation
- Chop the onion and the garlic clove.
- Mix the minced veal together with the onion, garlic and a little salt and pepper.
- Fry the minced veal in oil or butter in the pan until golden brown.
- Cut the Italian bulbs in half. Cover the ball with truffle mayonnaise, the minced veal, brie, sun-dried tomatoes and the mixed rocket lettuce.
