Ingredients:
- 1 pieces of prime rib of veal
- 15 g himalayan salt
- 3 g white pepper
- 1/2 g nutmeg
- bay leaf
- Juniper berries
- clove

Preparation
Cut 2 by 2 cm cubes from the meat and season to taste.
Roast in the Dutch Oven and add the spices. Cook for 3 hours at 50°C (122°F).
