Veal tenderloin with red port and puffed garlic sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 pieces of veal tenderloin
  • vegetables of your choice

For the sauce:

  • 300 ml red port
  • 10 cloves of garlic
  • veal gravy

Preparation

Pare and portion the veal tenderloin. Cook these to your preference. Make syrup from the port. Roast the garlic cloves in the oven and mix with the port and veal gravy. Blend the sauce until smooth.

Serve the veal tenderloin with a garnish of your choice and spoon the gravy over it.
